Gallery Exhibit “FREEDOM” – Artists’ Celebration of 250 Years, hosted by West Plains Council on the Arts @ West Plains Civic Center - Mezzanine


Art is on display daily from June 8-July 17 on the mezzanine of the Civic Center during regular hours of operation of the facility. The Civic Center will be closed July 3 and 4 for the holiday.
