Ozark Independent Living’s Rock to Freedom Concert will feature two bands, Southern Edge; Prowler, a rejuvenated band from the 1980s; and local veteran Billy Wayne.  Free admission but taking donations for local Veterans. Doors open at 5 p.m. Show at 5:30 p.m.
