A great way to shop locally is the West Plains Downtown Small Business Passport, available at downtown merchants and at the Ozarks Heritage Welcome Center.

Visit any of the participating businesses before April 30, get passport stamps from eight different places (no purchase required), return your completed passport to The Frame Shop & Gallery, and you’ll be entered into a drawing for a gift basket filled with items from local businesses.
