A great way to shop locally is the West Plains Downtown Small Business Passport, available at downtown merchants and at the Ozarks Heritage Welcome Center.

Visit any of the participating businesses before August 31st, get passport stamps from ten different places (no purchase required), return your completed passport to The Frame Shop & Gallery, and you’ll be entered into a drawing for a gift basket filled with items from local businesses.
