As a block party vendor, I understand: • I am not registered until fee is paid. Form and payment must be submitted by Friday, April 25, 2025. • As a vendor at the event, I am responsible for the collection and payment of sales tax. • As a vendor at the event, I am required to maintain my own liability insurance. • I, the vendor, will provide all tables and chairs needed for my booth. • My table/booth/tent/truck must be staffed by at least one person on the day of the event. • I am responsible for reading communication via the Facebook page for the Event and emails pertaining to vendor setup. • I will set up my vendor area on Saturday, May 17th, 2025, by no later than 10:30am. • WPDR is not responsible for potential damage or loss to any property. • Vendor selection is at the discretion of The WPDR Block Party Committee. • Should the event be canceled due to inclement weather, arrangements will be made to issue credit for space at future WPDR events. DO NOT submit fees to anyone other than verified Block Party/WPDR representatives or through the PayPal link at the bottom of this page (it will also be linked in the window after you submit this application).
