Form and payment must be submitted by Friday, April 25, 2025. • As a vendor at the event, I am responsible for the collection and payment of sales tax. • As a vendor at the event, I am required to maintain my own liability insurance. • I, the vendor, will provide all tables and chairs needed for my booth. • My table/booth/tent/truck must be staffed by at least one person on the day of the event. • I am responsible for reading communication via the Facebook page for the Event and emails pertaining to vendor setup. • I will set up my vendor area on Saturday, May 17th, 2025, by no later than 10:30am. • WPDR is not responsible for potential damage or loss to any property. • Vendor selection is at the discretion of The WPDR Block Party Committee. • Should the event be canceled due to inclement weather, arrangements will be made to issue credit for space at future WPDR events.
